基于层次分析法的民营医院护理人力资源管理评价分析

Evaluation and analysis on the human resource management of nursing care in private hospitals based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process

目的:对民营医院护理人力资源管理情况进行评价分析。方法:运用层次分析法构建民营医院护理人力资源管理评价指标,通过各指标权重进行评价分析。结论:通过其评价体系,明确护理管理中的关键与薄弱环节,并采取必要的措施加以完善,最终实现科学、有效的护理人力资源管理。

Objective： To evaluate and analyze the human resource management of nursing care in private hospitals. Methods： We designed a evaluation system on the human resource management of nursing care based on analytical hierarchy process, and defined different weight of each evaluation indicators. Conclusion： We could define important or weak links in nursing management process by implementing this evaluation system, then set up some interventions accordingly to achieve scientific and effective management.
