摘要
目的:对民营医院护理人力资源管理情况进行评价分析。方法:运用层次分析法构建民营医院护理人力资源管理评价指标,通过各指标权重进行评价分析。结论:通过其评价体系,明确护理管理中的关键与薄弱环节,并采取必要的措施加以完善,最终实现科学、有效的护理人力资源管理。
Objective: To evaluate and analyze the human resource management of nursing care in private hospitals. Methods: We designed a evaluation system on the human resource management of nursing care based on analytical hierarchy process, and defined different weight of each evaluation indicators. Conclusion: We could define important or weak links in nursing management process by implementing this evaluation system, then set up some interventions accordingly to achieve scientific and effective management.
