法理学课程建设与改革新模式:应用法理学之建构

The New Model of Construction and Reform in the Jurisprudence Course:the Construction of the Applied Jurisprudence

法学教育在建设社会主义法治国家中具有基础性的重要地位,其在培养、训练法律人才,促进法学研究,发展法学理论,为经济发展和民主法制建设提供人才和智力服务等方面具有不可替代的作用。因此,对法学课程之改革是法治国家发展和法学教育之内在要求,而法学教育教学改革之关键在于对法理学课程实施改革。在我国对法理学课程实施改革必须论证一些基本问题:课程改革之必要性和可行性、改革目标和路径以及改革之预期效益。

Legal education in building a socialist country ruled by law plays a fundamental and importanct part,and its training,the training of legal personnel,and promotion of the legal research,the development of legal theory and providing personnel and intelligence services for economic development and democratic legal system has an irreplaceable effect.Therefore,the reform in the law course is in the inherent requirements for national development and legal education and the key of teaching reform in law education lies in the implementation of the reforms in the jurisprudence course.In the course of implementation of the reform of jurisprudence must demonstrate some basic questions： the necessity and feasibility of curriculum reform,the reform path and the reform objectives and the expected benefits.
