摘要
本文对55SiMnVB 钢高温形变热处理试样的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值、裂纹扩展速率和断裂韧性测试及结果作了较系统的报道,并与常规热处理的试样作了对比分析,在此基础上对形变热处理工艺提高钢的疲劳寿命的作用机理进行了阐述。
Threshold value of fatigue crack extension,rate of the crack extension, toughness against fracture for specimens subjected to deformative high tem- perature treated 55SiMnVB steel are determined and a somewhat system- atic description is given in comparison with conventionally heat-treated specimens.Based on the test and due analysis,the mechanism of deforma- tire heat-treatment and its effect on prolongation of fatigue life is expla- ined.
