摘要
线切割加工在模具制造中有着广泛的应用,但数控线切割的编程比较麻烦,特别是当工件形状有非圆曲线时,手工编程就显得力不从心。本文介绍了作者采用最新编程语言VC+ + 60 开发的数控线切割3B代码自动编程软件,该系统具有自己的交互式二维绘图平台,在绘制了工件的轮廓后可方便地生成3B码。
Linear cutting machine was widely used in die manufacturing,but it is difficult to program the 3B code manually,especially when the profile of the parts are non arc curves.In this paper,the authors introduced a newly developed automatically programming system with 2D drawing platform for generating 3B code by VC++6.0.With this system,the users can get 3B code very quickly and precisely.
