摘要
本文首先论述了液压平衡单偏心浮动轴式剪切机的运动过程与液压平衡系统工况之间的关系,从理论上分析了该类型剪切机的运动规律,并导出它各阶段的运动方程式。根据本文所述的剪切机运动学原理,我们设计了武钢2000吨剪切机运动学参数和剪切工作制度,从而为液压平衡系统的设计提供了基础数据。本文介绍的该类型剪切机的运动学计算方法,可供同类设备的设计作参考。
The motion of the 2000t hydraulically-balanced uni-eccentric floating sh- aft shears and the hydraulically counterbalanced system are relatedwith the operating conditions in this work.These factors and the mechanism are analysed and equations governing the motion of the machine in va- rious phases of operation are obtained.Based on the results,the 2000t shears under design for use in WISCO is proposed to adopt the caleula ted parameters and the suggested shearing procedure as the fundamental data for its design.
