髋动力锁定钢板与人工双极股骨头在老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

Artificial hip power bipolar femoral head locking plate and the instability in the elderly Intertrochanteric fractures

目的探讨髋动力锁定钢板与人工双极股骨头在老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效,适应症。方法回顾性分析2006年1月一2011年1月收治65岁以上(65-95岁)手术治疗的45例老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的患者,男性15例,女性30例。结果手术治疗45例患者,平均随访24个月。结论老年人不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折多合并有内科系统疾病,正确术前评估、选择手术治疗方案是手术成功和术后功能恢复好坏的重要手段。手术方法的选择要根据患者伤前的年龄、预期生存、全身情况、术前患肢功能、骨骼质量来综合分析,以降低并发症、早期离床、早期康复为目的 。

【Objective】 artificial hip power bipolar femoral head locking plate and the instability in the elderly intertrochanteric fracture efficacy,indications.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis 2006 年 January 1 January 2011 more than 65 years were treated（65-95 years）,surgical treatment of 45 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the patients,male 15,female 30 cases.【Results】 The results of surgical treatment of 45 patients,mean follow-up of 24 months old conclusion of intertrochanteric fracture instability associated with medical disorders and more,the correct preoperative evaluation,surgical treatment options to successful operation and postoperative functional recovery of good or bad important tool.【Conclusion】 The choice of surgical wounds according to the patients before the age,expected survival,general condition,preoperative limb function,bone mass to a comprehensive analysis,to reduce the complications of bed early,early rehabilitation for the purpose.
