在尝试分析医科独立学院人才培养模式现状的基础上，深入探讨了如何进行所设专业的科学、理性选择，以及课程、教学计划的创新设置与合理改进，意在通过提炼医科独立学院人才培养模式的内涵和精髓，为独立学院突出办学特色、创新人才培养模式提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of Medical Independent Colleges, this ：article is trying to discuss how to set up majors innovatively, reform curriculum and teaching plans effectively. By doing this, it aims to set up a better education model of Medical Independent Colleges with characteristics of the running of such Medical Independent Colleges. Wishing it can serve as an talent training model for the colleges of the same kind.
