制药工程专业以就业为导向的工学结合实习模式探索

Exploration on employment-oriented practice mode of combing learning with working for pharmaceutical engineering specialty

通过对制药工程专业就业形势进行分析，探索了以就业为导向的各种工学结合实习模式，包括顶岗实习模式、校企合作模式、个人联系实习模式、与双选洽谈会相结合模式、与高校联合培养模式和与科研专题结合的考研模式。探索的结果是提高了学生的专业操作技能，促进了毕业生顺利就业。

Through analyzing the employment situation of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, a variety of employment-oriented practice mode of combining learning with working has been explored, including internships, school-enterprise cooperation, personal contact practice, combined with the dual selections fair, co-culture with other universities, and attending postgraduate exam with a research project model. As a result, the implementation of these models led to improve students＇ professional operating skills and eventually encourage graduates to start a career smoothlv.
