麻醉相关技能培养是住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分。内、外科住院医师在麻醉科培训期间，要重视其临床思维能力、术前评估能力、无菌观念和技术、心肺脑复苏技能以及团队协作能力的培养，同时应建立综合化和科学化的考核制度。

Anesthesia related skills training is an important component of standardized residency training plan. Attention should be paid to the clinical thinking ability, preoperative assessment capacity, sterile concepts and technologies, cardiopulmonary brain recovery skills and teamwork ability cultivation during the rotation of resident physicians and resident surgeons, and comprehensive and scientific examination system should be established.
