科研能力的培养是研究生教育与本科教育的重要区别。对毕业后专职从事科研教育事业的基础医学研究生来说尤其具有重要的意义。在此分析了当前研究生科研能力培养中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策。

The important difference between post-graduate and undergraduate education is to train their research ability, which is very important especially to the post-graduate students of basic medicine who will be researchers. The problem in training research ability of post-graduate was studied in this paper and solution plan was put forward.
