摘要
本文介绍了55SiMnVB弹簧钢在常规热处理(淬回火)状态下的断裂韧性测试方法及结果,用光学和电子显微镜分析研究了该钢种在不同淬回火状态下的组织特征、力学性能与断口形貌之间的关系等。测试结果表明:经淬火后于380℃回火的纲K_(IC)值具有最低点。作者对此异常现象作了较深入的分析,并从宏观和微观机理上对其进行了探讨。
The procedure and observed data for the fracture toughness of conventionally hardened steel(by quenching and tempering) 55 SiMnVB are presented.Study of the fracture face morphology in relation with mechanical properties ot the texture of the hardened steel is made with optical and electron microscope.Determination data show: The lowest K_(1c) is found in the steel tempered at 380℃ after quenching.Such an anomalous phenomenon is analyzed and discussed from macro and microscopic evidence.
