L872热固型酚醛树脂结合剂的研制及其物化性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研制了L872热固型酚醛树脂结合剂。采用TLC分离及IR谱、~1HNMR谱研究了该树脂的组成、结构、数均分子量,及工艺因素的改变对树脂组成、结构、性能的影响。研究确定的工艺参数是合适的。研制的产品具有良好的滑润性、粘结性及热稳定性,符合生产优质高强MgO-C砖所用结合剂的质量要求。 The L872 thermosetting phenolic binder with a quality approximating the quality of the binder developed by Shinkawa Ceramics, Japan has been produced.The binder is used for making MgO-C bricks, The composition, constitution, empiricalmol.wt.; effect of chango in technical parameters on the resin composition, consti tution and performance were studied by means of TLC separation, IR and ~1HNMR spectra.The sork justifies the technical parameters as selected.The product has a high impregnability, bonding power and thermal stability, which satify the quality specification of the binder for making high quality and high strength MgO-C bricks.
