以较流行的 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ／ Ｃ Ａ Ｍ 软件为平台，建立起模具结构 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ 的仿真系统，初步实现了汽车覆盖件模具结构设计的无图纸化。与手工设计相比，缩短了模具结构设计周期，提高了设计质量，降低了设计人员的劳动强度。

n this paper,the popular CAD/CAM software is served as the design platform and the CAD simulation system for the die structure is presented.Basically no drawing in the course of the design of the die structure is realized.Compared with the manual design,the design cycle is shorted,the design quality is improved and the designers' labor strength is reduced.
