两种CrNiMoV转子钢的强韧性研究

摘要 研究了合金成分和显微组织对25CrNiMoV和25Cr2NiMoV转子钢的强度和断裂韧性的影响。虽然25Cr2NiMoV钢的强度高于前者,但断裂韧性大大低于前者。从合金成分设计及热处理对组织的影响方面,讨论了25Cr2NiMoV钢断裂韧性较低的原因。 The influence of chemical composition and microstructure on the strength and fracture toughness of 25CrNiMoV and 25Cr2NiMoV steels for the rotor has been studied.The fracture toughness of 25Cr2NiMoV steel is obviously less than that of 25CrNiMoV steel,though the strength of former is larger than the latter.The causes of very lower toughness of 25Cr2NiMoV steel for the rotor are analyzed in respects of composition design and heat treatment on the microstructure.
