摘要
自蔓延高温合成是一种合成材料的新技术,而自蔓延高温合成焊接则是该工艺的一个新的应用领域,可以广泛地用来焊接结构和性能相同或相异的材料.由于自蔓延高温合成技术的特点,使得这种焊接技术也具有与其它常规焊接技术不可比拟的优点.本文从不同方面简略地介绍了这种工艺的特点和应用范围.
SHS (Self - propagating High - temperature Synthesis) is a new technique to synthesize various kinds of materials. SHS welding is a newly applied field of this process. The SHS welding technique can be used to weld materials with similar and dissimilar properties and structure. Based on the virtues of SHS, the SHS welding technique has many characteristics which are diffeirent from those of the conventional welding techniques. The characteristics and its applied fields of SHS welding are introduced in this paper.
