摘要
采用连续可变拘束热裂纹试验方法研究了在A302、A402焊条配方中改变Cr/Ni比对焊缝抗热裂纹性能的影响,并探讨了该比值的变化对焊缝形成双相组织的作用.使所研制的焊条在异种钢焊接中得到了成功的应用.
The effect of Cr / Ni ratio of A302,A402 electrodes on its hot cracking susceptibility has been studied by VDR hot cracking test, and the relationship between the Cr / Ni ratio and the weldmicrostructure was approched too. The developed electrode has been used in production successfully.
