摘要 针对高铬耐磨铸铁脆性大,应用于承受冲击载荷的工况下不安全的难题,开发了一种通过预埋钢筋网以提高其强韧性的新工艺,已成功地应用于工业生产中。加钢筋网高铬铸铁件使用安全可靠,使用寿命是高锰钢的1.6倍以上。 To solve the problem that high chromium wear-resistant cast iron has high brittleness and is not safe when working under condition with heavy impact load, a new technique to improve its strength and toughness by pre-burying steel bar net was developed, which has been successfully used in industry production. High chromium cast iron with pre-buried steel bar net is safe and reliable in use. Its service life is as long as 1.6 times of that of high manganese steel.
