热模法大管径离心球墨铸铁管研制

Use Hot Mould Centrifugal Casting Process to Produce Large Diameter Ductile Iron Pipe

采用衬覆膜树脂砂的热模法工艺生产大管径离心球墨铸铁管， 产品性能完全符合ＩＳＯ２５３１－９１（Ｅ）标准要求，产量达到月产 ２０００吨水平。研制中对碳当量（ＣＥ）控制，强化孕育处理工艺和内喷水强制冷却以防止承口处球化衰退等技术问题进行了探讨并采取了相应措施。

Some types of large diameter ductile iron pipes was produced by using hot mould process with resin-coated sand lining. The properties of the pipes fully met ISD2531-91(E) standard. The capacity of production reached 2000 ton per month. The control of CE, intensifying inoculation process and spraying water onto inside surface of pipes to prevent S.G. degeneration in socket were discussed.
