摘要 完善的铸造工艺技术生产出内部无缺陷高质量的球铁齿轮铸件,经铁素体化处理后,改善其机械 加工性能,然后应用先进的等温淬火工艺和设备进行贝氏体化热处理。得到硬度较高的下贝氏体+马氏体组 织,再经过表面喷丸强化使齿轮弯曲疲劳性能大幅度提高。从而获得可代替传统渗碳钢的高强度、高耐磨性 的硬齿面齿轮。 The development and manufacture process of ADI gears was described. The gear casting was annealed to obtain ferrite matrix and to improve its mechanical and machining properties, and then was isothermally quenched to obtain low bainite+martensite structure with higher hardness, and finally experienced peening treatment to largely increase its bending fatigue strength. As a result, a new type of gear with high strength and high wear-resistance tooth surface was obtained which can be used to replace the traditional carbon steel gear.
