摘要
用传统的质量矩法及笔者提出的力线性迭加法分别导出连杆机构的机座振动力表达式,并进行了实例计算。计算结果表明,用质量矩法以及广义质量静替代法解决的机构静平衡问题,其机座振动力在理论上不可能完全消除。文中按振动力绝对值的最大值极小所建立的连杆机构最优平衡的方法进行实例计算,其效果大大优于传统平衡方法。
Two formulas for vibrational force acting on the machine foundation of a link mechanism are deduced respectively according to conventional mass moment approach and the linearl superposition of forces approach proposed by the author.Calculations are made using both formulas.The results show that it is impossible in theory to eliminate the vibrational force on the machine foundation in the conventional mass moment approh ach and the generalized static mass substitution approach to achieve an equilibrium.But the approach in which minimization of the maximum absolute value of vibrational force is performed to achieve an equilibrium in calculation of actual problems gives a much better approximation than the conventional approaches.
