白云石煅烧回转窑燃气替代的论证

摘要 本文通过窑炉的热工计算,对白云石煅烧回转窑用发生炉煤气代替半水煤气作燃料的可行性进行了论证。结果表明,如能保证发生炉煤气入窑温度为30℃,Q=1250kcal/m^3,就可满足预定的熟料生产率和煅烧工艺温度。文中还对工艺条件变化时所出现的各种情况进行了论述。本文提供的数据,可供生产厂选用。 Thermodynamic calculations are made on the rotary calcinating kiln for calcinating dolomite and an attestation of the feasibility of substituting producer gas for the semi-water-gas in firing the kiln is made.Calculation indicates:If the feeding temperature of producer gas is warranted at 30℃ and Q_d^v=1,250kcal/m^2,the productivity of grog and the specified temperature of firing can be met as prescribed.Also discussed in this article are various working conditions arising during change in technical manipulations.Data appearing in the article might serve those interested as reference.
