摘要 研究了LSM 法制备 TiB2 粒子增强AlSi7 复合材料的物相组成;考察了TiB2 粒子对热处理组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,按K2TiF6 + 2KBF4= TiB2 + 4KF+ 5F2 反应式计算,在w (TiB2)为5% 时,在复合材料中可以生成稳定且均匀分布的TiB2 粒子,未发现TiAl3 等相。材料的杨氏模量由72.3 GPa 提高至96.8 GPa。TiB2 The TiB\-2/Al 7Si composite was fabricated by LSM method.The phase analysis of the composite was carried out by XRD. The effect of TiB\-2 particulate on heat treated properties and structures was examined. The results showed that TiB\-2 particulates distribute in the composite stably and homogeneously with nominal w (TiB\-2)=5% addition calculated by K\-2TiF\-6+2KBF4=TiB2+4KF+5F\-2.No phase as TiAl\-3 has been found. Young′s modulus increaes from 72.3 GPa to 96.8 GPa. TiB\-2 particulates have no obvious effects on the heat treated structure and properties.
