摘要
本文在分析轧制过程的基础上,对自校正调节器的性能作了大量的仿真研究后,确定把最小方差自校正调节器应用于冷连轧机张力 AGC 系统。实际应用结果表明,自校正调节器应用于轧制过程 AGC 系统是可行的,且控制效果较好。
A lot of simulation researches have been carried out on the basis of analysing the rolling proceess.The self-tunning adjustor with minimum variance has been applied to the Tension-AGC system in cold tandem,The actual application results show that the application of self-tunning adjustor to the AGC system in the rolling processes is practicable & the control effects are satisfactory.
