三种不同类型抗心磷脂抗体在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定62例CoxB组病毒引起的病毒性心肌炎(VM)患儿和40名健康儿童的血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)。结果:VM组ACA-IgG、ACA-IgA、ACA-IgM阳性率(分别为45.2%、30.6%、33.9%)均显著高于正常对照组(分别为2.5%、0、0);VM发病早期ACA-IgA、ACA-IgM阳性显著多于ACA-IgG阳性;而ACA-IgG阳性者的CK-MB值显著高于ACA-IgA、ACA-IgM阳性者。提示ACA-IgA及ACA-IgM对VM发病早期有重要诊断价值;ACA-IgG对VM病情程度判断有重要参考意义。 Using ELISA method, three serum anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) including ACA-IgG, ACA-IgA, ACA-IgM were measured in 62 children with viral myocarditis (VM) and 40 healthy children. The results showed that the positive rates of ACA-IgG (45. 2%), ACA-IgA (30. 6%) and ACA-IgM (33. 9%) were significant higher in the VM group than those (2. 5%,0%, 0%) in normal control group, respectively. The positive findings of ACA-IgA and ACA-IgM were more common than that of ACA-IgG in the early stage of VM, while positive ACA-IgG was usually with a higher CK-MB level which was usually lower in patienst with positive ACA-IgA and ACA-IgM. It is suggested that ACA-IgA and ACA-IgM is valuable for the diagnosis of VM at the early stage, and ACA-IgG is useful for the assessment of VM severity.
