目前医患关系比较紧张,沟通水平起了很大作用。医院卫技人员大部分由于历史原因未能接受医患沟通学等人文素养的系统培养,因此对其进行医患沟通学继续教育很有必要。形式可采取普及化培训、专业岗位培训、专题讲座与小组讨论等形式,同时对其要加强评价与管理。
