摘要
所谓套期会计,就是使套期工具和被套期项目的公允价值或现金流变动能够同时计人损益的会计处理方法,避免利润因套期工具的公允价值计量方法产生波动,在财务报表中反映出套期保值的财务效应。套期会计要求在资产负债表中将用于套期的衍生金融工具确认为资产或负债,并以公允价值进行计量。衍生金融工具表现为各种各样的合约,若不实施套期会计,这些合约及其带来的损益情况和签订这些合约的避险意图与结果在会计上就得不到反映,管理者进行套期活动的策略及其取得的效果就不可能公正、客观地反映出来。套期会计之所以产生,是因为按照一般会计处理的方式处理套期业务时,由于会产生确认、计量、列报等方面的差异,使得会计信息无法达到充分反映套期信息。
