精神科和综合科护士应付方式的比较研究

A Comparison of nurses＇ coping style in department of psychiatry and general

目的研究精神科和综合科护士的应付方式是否存在差异。方法采用应付方式问卷、SCL-90症状自评量表、对护龄在5年以上的精神科和综合科护士分别进行现场调查，两组量表的各因子分比较均采用t检验。结果精神科护士应付方式问卷中的自责、幻想、退避、合理化4个因子分均显著低于综合科护士（P〈0．05-0．01），但解决问题因子分精神科护士却显著高于综合科护士（P〈O．05）；精神科护士SCL-90各症状因子分均显著低于综合科护士（P〈O．05-0．01）。结论精神科护士应付方式及心理健康水平均好于综合科护士。

Objective To investigate the difference between nurses in the two departments of psychiatry and general who adopt the coping styles. Methods A total of 316 nurses in department of psychiatry and general who had worked more than 5 years.were investigated by Coping style Questionnaire （CSQ） and SCL - 90 respectively. All factors of CSQ and SCL - 90 in department of psychiatry and general were compared by t tesL Results Factors scores of self- blame, illusion, avoidance and mtionalization of CSQ of nurses in department of psychiatry were also were remarkable lower than that in department of general （P 〈0. 05 -0. 01 ）, but factor score of solving problems in department of psychiatry was significant higher than that in department of genera] （P 〈 0. 05） . All factors of SCL - 90 of nurses in department of psychiatry were significant lower than that in department of general （ P 〈 0. 05 - 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Coping style and the status of mental health of nurses in department of psychiatry were better than that in department of general
