摘要
目的了解护理人员的护理科研意识和科研实践现状,分析其存在的相关影响因素,探讨如何培养护理人员的科研意识与科研能力。方法运用自行设计问卷对200名临床护理人员和200名在校护理本科生的护理科研意识和实践现状进行调查,并对其结果进行对比分析。结果经X^2检验,在校护生和临床护士的护理科研意识和科研实践情况存在差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在校护生认为护理科研重要的意识要强于临床护士,而实际在参加护理科研实践活动中临床护士要多于在校护生。结论针对在校护生和临床护士的护理科研意识和科研实践存在的差异,提出不同建议:对在校护生应为其提供更多参与机会,提供专业指导老师,适当给予经费辅助,在强化运用科研知识的同时培养学生对科研的兴趣。对临床护理人员应提高其科研意识及科研能力,加强科研知识的学习。
Objective To know the status quo d scientific research awareness and its practice among nursing staff, analyze the rel- evant factors, and explore how to cultivate their scientific research awareness and research abilities. Methods Serf- designed questionnaires were used to investigate 200 clinical nurses and 200 nursing students in the school about their awareness and practice of nursing scientific research, and the results were analyzed comparatively. Results There was statistical difference on scientific research awareness and between ntmsing students and clinical nurses ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The awareness of nursing research d nursing students was much stronger than that d clinical nurses, hut the practice d nursing research of the clinical nurses was more than that d nursing students. Conduslons For school nursing students and clinical nurses, there are many differences between practice and scientific research and awareness. So various proposals were put forward to: nursing students in schoo/should be provided more opportunities for participation in the provision of professional guidance to teachers, and should be given appropriate financial support. Clinical nursing staff should be increased not only the awareness of their research and research capacity but also the scientific research knowledge.
