摘要
目前酒店大学生员工流失率居高不下,已成为酒店人力资源管理及发展的瓶颈,从职业生涯管理的角度分析,这与酒店职业生涯管理基础工作开展不足、员工的发展目标与酒店的发展目标不能协调或统一有一定关系。必须从健全制度保障体系、整合大学生员工和酒店发展目标、制定员工职业生涯规划、构建职业发展阶梯等方面,加强和完善酒店大学生员工职业生涯管理。
The current high turnover rate of graduate employees in hotels has become the "bottleneck" of human resource management and development of hotels. Analyzed from the perspective of career management, it has something to do with the insufficient basic work in career management of hotels and the inharmony between the development goal of employees and that of the hotels. The career management of graduate employees in hotels must be strergthened by perfecting institutional guarantee system, integrating the development goal of graduate employees and that of hotels, making employee career planning and providing career development steps for employee' s career development.
