摘要
本实验利用化学损毁的方法 ,探讨了下丘脑弓状核对红细胞免疫功能的影响。首先通过在大鼠新生期腹腔注射谷氨酸—钠 (MSG) ,建立了下丘脑弓状核损毁的大鼠模型 ,然后在成年期观察直向肿瘤红细胞花环率(DTERR)、促肿瘤红细胞花环率 (ETERR)、协同肿瘤红细胞花环率 (ATERR) ,结果显示 ,在弓状核损毁组这些指标均比注射Nacl对照组和正常组降低 ,并具有显著的差异 (P <0 0 1)。提示在弓状核与红细胞免疫功能之间有密切的联系 ,弓状核能够调节红细胞免疫粘附功能。其机制推测如下 :①弓状核可能通过释放神经肽类物质与红细胞膜上相应的受体结合 ,从而直接调节红细胞的免疫功能。②弓状核可能通过丰富的传入和传出神经纤维 ,影响大脑皮质 ,大脑边缘系统及下丘脑的调节功能 ,从而通过垂体—肾上腺轴 ,交感神经 ,间接影响红细胞免疫功能。③弓状核可能通过抑制白细胞免疫系统释放细胞因子 。
ARC is a important nerve nucleus located in foundation of hypothalamus which contain many neurones and like nerve peptide substances and has abundant passing in and out nerve fibres that get in touch with brain cortex,limbic system and nerve nucleuses in hypothalamus.It participates in many regulation of physiological action such as endocrine,feed,emotion,sense of pain,immune et al.How does ARC influence on RBC immune function?In this experiment we used the means of chemical lesion to research the RBC immune function of ARC of hypothalamus.First we established ARC of hypothalamus lesion rat model by injecting MSG into rat's abdomen in newborn term and fed it to adult.Then we observed these indexes of DTERR,ETERR,and ATERR.The results showed these indexes of ARC lesion group was lower than that of NaCl control and normal groups.The difference was highly signification( P <0 01).It was suggested there was a close relationship between the ARC and RBC Immune function.ARC could regulate RBC Immune adherent function.The mechanism could be deduced that ARC by releasing like nerve peptide substances to contact with corresponding receptor on RBC membrane directly influence RBC immune function and ARC by abundant passing in and out nerve fibers touching with brain cortex,limbic system,nerve nucleuses in hypothalamus to affect hypophysis-adrenal gland axle and sympathetic nerve activity indirectly influence RBC immune function.Except for these,it could restrains WBC immune system releasing cell factors to reduce RBC immune function.
