文明演变的公共经济学分析——基于运用集体主义方法论的尝试

Analysis on Public Economics of Civilization Evolution

本文试图从人类更为原始的种群生存目标出发来讨论人类的集体经济活动模式与利他性的公共经济活动规律。利用公共经济制度来定义文明,用公共产品需求结构的变迁可解释国家与公共经济制度变迁的原因。基于此,作为一种实现种群生存目标的制度选择,国家制度、公共经济制度或文明模式的演变实际上遵循着集体博弈与群体选择的原则,所谓的现代文明演变与国家政治制度的变迁,是各个社会的精英有意构建更为有效的公共经济制度的集体选择的结果。

In this paper,I try to discuss man＇s collective economic activity model and the law of public economic activity from the perspective of original goal of species survival.I define the meaning of civilization with public economic system,and explain the reason of changes of national and public economic system with changes of public products demand structure.As a kind of system choice for fulfilling species survival,the evolution of national system,public economic system and civilization system,in reality,follows the principle of collective game and group selection.And so-called modern civilization evolution and national political system changes is the result of group selection of effective public economic system established by social elites.
