This essay analyzes the constraints that Chinese working women face in their leisure lives,the constraints of the leisure activities and how to develop meaningful leisure lives.Through borrowing the analysis framework from Susan M.Shaw,using the psychological concept of ＂boredom＂ and ＂flow＂,and based on the analysis of data,this essay explores the complex experiences of leisure,and explains the obstacle and opportunity of Chinese working women face in their leisure lives.
