中小学教师内隐智力稳定信念与成就动机水平的相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过问卷调查的方法,对中小学教师内隐智力稳定信念、成就动机及其相互关系进行了研究,结果表明:中小学教师的内隐智力稳定信念在性别、任教科目、教龄间没有显著差异,但中学教师和小学教师间有显著差异。小学教师更倾向于实体论的智力信念,中学教师则更倾向于增长论的智力信念。中小学教师所持有的内隐智力稳定信念与其成就动机水平有明显相关,实体论者表现出更强烈的回避失败的动机,而增长论者表现出更明显的追求成功的动机。
