ACE基因多态性与原发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因多态性与原发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化(FSGS)的关系。方法聚合酶链反应测定31例FSGS患者及116例健康人群的ACE基因多态性。结果FSGS患者与一般人群对照组之间ACE基因型频率差异不明显;FSGS肾功能不全组、FSGS肾功能正常组及一般人群对照组之间DD型频率差异有显著性。结论ACE基因的多态性对中国人FSGS发病无明显的影响;DD型基因是FSGS发生肾功能不全的易感因素。
