毛坯的形状是影响方盒形件冲压成形的重要因素之一,一直受到国内外研究者的重视。本文应用滑移线场理论研究方盒形件拉深成形用毛坯的合理形状,得到了制件相对高度不同时毛坯的合理形状及其简化作图方法,它能够便于生产使用。

Blank shape is one of important factors influencing square box pressing shaping which great attention has been paid to by many scholars at home and abroad. Applying the theory of slip line fields to find the reasonable shape of the blank for square box drawing, the authors have given the reasonable shape of blanks when their relative heights are different and simplified its plotting method; both can be easily applied in practice.
