摘要
本文从理论上和实践上论证了不对称阶梯截面环件辗扩中存在轴向金属流动;指出了轴向金属流动应通过毛坯合理设计和闭式孔型来控制。通过EO140汽车后桥从动伞齿轮坯辗扩实践,给出了阶梯孔环件辗扩毛坯设计方法和程序。
The axial metal flow existing in unsymmetrical stepped cross section ring rolling process is analysed and verified theoretically and experimentally. The paper has pointed out that the axial metal flow can be controlled by means of rational design of ring blank and closed groove. The method and sequence of the blank design are given based on the rolling production of blanks for driven bevel gears used in the back axle of EQ140 automobile.
