新版CBM数据库的检索新功能及存在问题探究

Discussion of the New Search Functions and the Search Problems in New Version of CBM Database

目的:宣传新版CBM数据库新增检索功能并针对新版CBM数据库存在的问题提出改进措施和增加新功能的建议,以便使CBM数据库建设得更好。方法:将新版CBM数据库与旧版CBM数据库的检索功能进行比较,对新版CBM数据库的新增功能及目前存在的不足之处进行分析和总结。结论:新版CBM数据库增加了新的检索功能——新增字段、全文链接、检索结果分析,但存在着一些不足之处,如主题标引、分类标引的时间滞后及准确度欠缺,出现相同内容的文献而标引不同,主题检索和分类检索结果文献量差异较大,中医主题词的标识出现错误,结果分析中的"指定字段"排序结果不准确,检索式中的序号也存在问题等,上述问题需要改进以使文献检索更加准确。

To propaganda new search functions of new CBM database and to build a better CBM database,suggestions of new functions and improvement measures for related problems in CBM database were provided in the article.Methods：New CBM database with earlier versions of CBM database in search function aspects were compared.The inadequacies at present of existing in CBM database were analyzed and summarized.Conclusions：New functions added in new CBM database were new search fields,full-text links and literature analysis of search results.The inadequacies at present were the time delay of subject indexing and classification indexing and lack of accuracy.The articles in the same content appear the different subject headings.There was quite different amount of literatures between subject search and search by category.There were some errors in the marks of subject headings of traditional Chinese medicine.The sort by in specified field of result analysis was inaccurate.There were also some errors in the number of search equation.The questions above need to be improved to make the search more accurate.
