高龄患者人工股骨头置换术的围手术期处理

Perioperative period management in artificial femoral head replacement of aged patients

目的：探讨高龄股骨颈骨折患者行人工股骨头置换的围手术期处理。方法：针对老年人的生理特点，术前充分准备，对伴发疾病积极进行治疗，加强术中监护，缩短手术时间，术后严密观察处理伴发的疾病，防止并发症。结果：２０ 例患者均安全度过围手术期，手术优良率为８５ ％ 。结论：对高龄患者要有充分的认识，有目的地采取各种措施，大部分患者可安全度过围手术期，使关节功能尽早恢复，提高生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the management during perioperative period in artificial femoral head replacement of aged patients after femoral neck fracture.Methods:Based on the condition of elderly patients,preparation was made,the accompaying diseases were treated,monitoring during operation was emphasized,the operation was finished as soon as possible,and close observation was made to prevent the complication. Results:Twenty patients operated passed safely through the perioperative period,and the good and excellent rate of the operation accounted for 85%.Conclusions:Most aged patients will pass the perioperative period safely and recover their joint functions, if doctors canfully understand the condition of patients and take all precaution necessary .
