摘要
主要采用文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法等,在对问题博彩的概念、社会负面影响、评断标准等相关理论梳理的基础上,分析上海体育彩票中问题博彩的现状,探讨造成问题博彩的原因,并从建立问题彩民社会救助机制这一视角提出建议。
By the ways of document consultation,field inspection and questionnaire,elaborates on the concept of problem gambling,negative social influence and evaluation criteria,analyzes the status of problem gambling in Shanghai sports lottery and discusses the cause for problem gambling.Suggestions are put forward from the viewpoint of forming a social salvation mechanism for problem lottery buyers.
