摘要
在对300 MW机组轴流式送风机振动问题的处理过程中,通过解体送风机转子判断送风机振动的原因,振动是因安装问题和对设备的强制运行造成的。在进行转子动平衡解决振动问题时,用三点动平衡法配合确认转子质量不平衡的方向。探讨了当振动分析仪以及经验公式计算出的结果不适用的情况下,利用作图的方法来确认配重量的可行性。
This paper introduces an example of on-spot handling of 300 MW unit axial FD fan vibration.It was found that the vibration was caused by erection problem and forced operation based on the disassembly of the rotor of the FD fan.Three points dynamic balancing method with a vibration analyzer was adopted to estimate the direction of gravity of the rotor so as to solve the vibration.The practicability of using graphing method is discussed in the paper to confirm the balance weight when the empirical equation and vibration analyzer's result were not available.
