Study on the Sealing Structure of Safety Valve Flap

安全阀是保证机组及各类压力容器安全运行的主要设备,安全阀的密封性能是安全阀重要的性能指标。影响安全阀密封性的因素很多,其中阀瓣采用的密封副结构形式,是决定阀门性能的重要因素。现对几种安全阀阀瓣的结构特点进行技术分析,各种结构的安全阀其密封性能也各不相同。

Safety valve is a major equipment to ensure the safe operation of a power unit and all kinds of pressure vessels.The sealing performance is an important parameter of a safety valve.There are too factors to affect the sealing of a safety valve and the valve flap is the important factor to determine the performance of a valve.Technical analysis on the structural features of some valve flaps has been carried out in the paper and different sealing performances have been also described for different structures.
