摘要
根据镀锌工艺要求设计w(Al)为1.2%的TRIP钢进行实验研究,使用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD以及拉伸试验对TRIP钢的微观组织和性能进行检测和分析。结果表明,w(Al)为1.2%的TRIP钢的Ac1达到747℃、Ac3达到930℃,在贝氏体区等温30 s即可得到最大强塑积。实验TRIP钢退火组织中残留奥氏体体积分数和残留奥氏体中的w(C)可以通过改变两相区的温度以及贝氏体的等温时间加以控制。
A kind of cold-rolled TRIP steel containing 1.2 % aluminum for galvanizing was investigated in this paper.Optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction techniques and tensile test were used to characterize the microstructures and to determine the mechanical properties.It was showed that Ac1 was 747 ℃ and Ac3 was 930 ℃ for the TRIP steel and the maximum product of strength and elongation was obtained at 30 s during isothermal holding temperatures.By varying the annealing temperature within the austenite-ferrite region and the isothermal holding time,the amount of retained austenite and the amount of carbon within the retained austenite in the final microstructures can be controlled.
