摘要
采用脱硫剂真空室加入法在攀钢进行工业试验,确定了最佳RH脱硫工艺参数,提高了RH脱硫效率。分析确定:RH脱硫处理过程中,w(FeO+MnO)控制在10%以下,顶渣碱度控制在6以上,脱硫时间在10 min以上,可取得较好的脱硫效果;采用高碱度脱硫剂可以提高RH脱硫效率,减轻对RH设备的腐蚀,延长RH设备使用寿命。工业试验结果表明,RH脱硫率达到35.7%,并有效地减轻了设备的腐蚀。
In order to determine optimal parameters for high desulfurization efficiency in RH process,industrial experiment of RH desulfurization was carried out in PanGang Group.The results show that good desulfurization efficiency can be achieved when the content of FeO+MnO below 10 %,slag basicity over 6 and desulfurization time more than 10 min in the process of RH desulfurization.In addition,desulfurizing agent with high basicity is not only helpful for increasing the efficiency of desulfurization but also reducing the corrosion of RH equipment for longer service life.The industrial experiment showed that the desulfurization efficiency in RH process increased by 35.7 % and the corrosion of RH equipment was obviously reduced.
