奶牛乳头外用蜂胶保护膜的研制

摘要 为了改善由于抗生素的长期应用,各种细菌对其产生了很强的耐药性的状况,试验利用蜂胶、聚乙烯醇(PVA)17-88、PVA05-88、吐温80、聚乙二醇、氮酮、丙二醇、东蓑若碱、白及等制备奶牛乳头外用蜂胶保护膜,以便能将其应用于奶牛乳房疾病的治疗与预防。调节基质的pH值,可控制成膜的时间与性状。实验结果表明,pH值均在5.5~6.5范围内,成膜时间在5~6 min,性状良好,可塑性较强,有良好的稳定性,成膜效果较理想。所制的乳头保护膜,基质呈透明状态,质地柔软,适合外用。 In order to improve the long-term application of antibiotics,all kinds of bacteria produced its strong resistance,so a single treatment of antibiotics on the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows was not significant,or no effect.In order to improve this situation,we use propolis and antibiotics mixture of methods,propolis made by a kind of film containing antibiotics,so the cow's nipples to form the drug delivery function with foil,so that drugs can slow through the skin lesions that continued to direct effective to achieve the objective of complete cure.
