梅花鹿TGF-β1基因的克隆及序列分析

摘要 从梅花鹿的鹿茸血中提取总DNA,经PCR扩增后,对梅花鹿的TGF-β1基因部分片段进行了克隆测序,序列长度为839 bp,现已将该序列提交到Gene Bank上。Gene Bank中的Blast分析表明,梅花鹿TGF-β1基因与牛同源性为92%,与羊同源性为94%。 The paper studies to separate and extract the overall DNA from pilose antler blood,and part of segments of TGF-β1 Gene in Sika Deer were cloned and sequenced after PCR amplification with length of 839 bp,and now the sequence has been sent to GenBank with registration.Comparison the fragment sequence with that of cattle and sheep TGF-β1 gene was carried out through blast of GenBank,the result showed that the homolgies of the nucleotide sequence was 92% with cattle and 94% with sheep.
