Explicit Matrix Calculation Model of Feedwater Flowrate During Performance Test of Steam Turbine

摘要 给水流量是汽轮机热力性能试验中重要参数之一。在常规热平衡基础上,推导构建了反映给水流量和除氧器入口凝结水流量之间映射关系的矩阵计算模型。模型具有通用性较强和易于程序化的特点,有效避免了ASME PTC6标准所推荐方法中繁琐的迭代过程,能够更简捷地应用于汽轮机性能试验计算中。 The feedwater flowrate is one of the important parameters in the thermaldynamic performance test of steam turbines.On the basis of the conventional heat balance,the matrix calculation model is constructed with the mapping relations between the feedwater flowrate and condensated water flowrate at the deaerator entrance.The model is strongly versatile and easy to be programmed.Furthermore,it effectively avoids the tedious iterative process in the recommendation methods by ASME PTC6 standard and is conveniently applied to the performance test calculation of steam turbines.
