摘要
本文分析了弹丸在抛丸器内的运动形式,详细导出了满足最大抛丸量和较大抛丸速度时三种半径的比值关系、分丸轮外半径的取值范围。理论计算值与实际应用值相符,为抛丸器的参数设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the movement law of shot in a impeller head is analyzed, the ratio between three radii and how to determine outer radius of the impeller are derived in detail to meet the maximum shot blasting capacity and better shot blasting velocity. Theoretical numeral value tallies with fact, which presents the theoretical basis for determining parameters of impeller head.
