Research on Evaluation Method of Military Intelligence Value

军事情报是为保障军事斗争需要而搜集的敌对国家、集团和战区有关情况以及对其研究判断的成果,是制定战略方针、国防政策和各级指挥员定下决心、指挥作战的重要依据。军事情报价值评估是军事情报工作中至关重要的一个环节,评估方法是否科学合理,评估结果是否符合客观实际,都将不可避免地影响到军事指挥决策的成效。研究了军事情报价值的特性,提出了军事情报价值评估中的序化和量化方法。

Military intelligence is collected to meet the need of military warfares which is concerned with hostil countries,group or war zones,including their circs and research results.It is an important property to relay on to make the strategy,national defence policy and help commanders make decisions in battles.Evaluation of millitary intelligence value plays an important role in millitary intelligence work.Whether the evaluation method is proper or according with the realistic will affect the millitary decision making inevitablely.In this paper,some properties of millitary intelligence value are studied and proposed the ordering and measuring method.
