摘要 首先介绍了国内炮弹速度测量常用的线圈靶,分析了其存在的问题。然后根据炮弹测试的特点,提出了一种采用激光测试技术,配合使用原向反射屏来形成大面积有效测试光幕的炮用激光速度测试技术。并分析了该测试方法的光学结构,最后对激光测速系统和线圈靶进行了对比实验,不仅证明了激光测试技术的可靠性,而且通过对实验结果进行对比、分析,进一步体现出激光测速系统有效靶区面积大,灵敏度高,响应速度快,可靠性强,适用于火炮弹丸速度测试的特点。 In this paper,coil target commonly used to measure the velocity of artillery is firstly introduced and the issues are analyzed.According to the characteristics of shell testing,a laser testing technology in measuring the velocity of artillery combined with large effective testing screen formed by retroreflective screen with laser testing technology is proposed.The optical structure of this testing method is discussed and the comparative experiment is carried out between the laser system of velocity measurement and coil target.It proves the reliability of the laser testing technology.Furthermore,the characters of the laser system of velocity measurement fitting to measuring the velocity of artillery bullet,such as large effective testing screen,high sensitivity,fast response speed and high reliability,are shown by means of comparing and analyzing the experiment results.
