随着时代的进步,道路上行驶的非机动车出现了新特点。该文对非机动车的新特点和发展趋势进行了分析,研究了现今非机动车在路段和交叉口所面临的冲突,提出了在现有的道路设施条件下,主要利用标线和信号灯等管理手段,改善非机动车安全问题和提高通行能力的方法。其研究成果,对现今非机动车的交通管理有重要的价值。

With the advancement of the times,there are new characteristics of non-motored vehicles running on the roads.The article analyzes the new characteristics and the development trend of non-motored vehicles,studies the collision faced by the non-motored vehicles in road sections and at intersections nowadays,and puts forward the management means to utilize the line and traffic light and the methods to improve the safety and to enhance the traffic capacity of the non-motored vehicles under the conditions of the existing road facilities.The studying result has the important value for the current traffic management of non-motored vehicles.
